No Warranty for Jailbreaking iPhone’s [Apple]

Few days back, a Regulatory body in US announced that jailbreak act on iPhone is no more illegal and it doesn’t crap the copyright laws. The iPhone users now materialize their handsets in many ways and get entertained with restricted functions that now become unhampered. As, the cheerful waves just pass through the Apple customers, the frustration takes a boost in the Steve jobs office and instantly the company reacted to this action. Yesterday Apple submitted the application to the US Copy Right Office which enriches with the demand to make an exception, the warranty of iPhone users will be an end after the jailbreak. The Digital Millennium Copy Right Act (DMCA) needs an amendment in their laws that if unauthorized functions have been installed in the iPhone or any other Android device, the user couldn’t be liable to claim the warranty or it would be faded away.

Apple’s goal has always been to insure that our customers have a great experience with their iPhone and we know that jailbreaking can severely degrade the experience. As we’ve said before, the vast majority of customers do not jailbreak their iPhones as this can violate the warranty and can cause the iPhone to become unstable and not work reliably.

The iPhone jailbreaking is now a legal act in the US and no plenty has been imposed on any user but Apple dis-encourages their users to jailbreak their phones. Now they come up with a new strategy to threaten the users by enlisting various restrictions like the warranty of phone is terminated and the third party apps may be not perfectly adjust on the iphone.
