By following this guide you can install the HTC sense user interface on your jailbroken iPhone 4 easily and immediately. While waiting for the porting of Android iPhone 4, currently under development, we offer this solution well-designed and compatible with the Retinal Display.
Requirements:
- The file AndroiHD to download and unzip on your desktop.
- Winterboard, freely downloadable from Cydia.
- OpenSSH, a free download from Cydia.
An SSH client for Windows or Mac (we recommend Cyberduck for Mac and WinSCP for Windows). - Tweak LockScreen Hide Clock, to change (as in the screenshot) with the settings to eliminate the Lockscreen Time and Date.
Guide steps:
- Log in SSH in the path private / var / stash / Themes.xxx / folder and place the AndroiHD Lockscreen discharged within that path.
- Now we have to change some strings to set the theme of weather in our city.
- Let’s go to file “AndroiHD.js and open with any text editor.
- String is set to default “var YWCode = ‘32452 ‘.
- Once you find the string, you go to change the numbers with those related to your town.
- To know the number of your city connect to the following address: http://weather.yahoo.com/, enter your city and replace the numbers that are on the bottom of the link with those in the string.
- This is the result if, for example you live in Bologna:
- From your ‘iPhone go to select and enable the theme AndroiHD Lockscreen directly from Winterboard.
you’re done. After performing a Respring you completely redesigned the iPhone lock screen of your iPhone interface by installing the HTC Sense.
